Keeping kids active and engaged while they learn the fundamentals of CrossFit through fun and games.
PERSONAL TRAINING
One one one with a personal trainer that will plan your workout around any injuries or pain for you.
YOGA
Sore from the week? This class will help you relax, stay mobile, and workout the weeks kinks.
OPEN GYM
Open to all active members. Drop In Fee applies.
ONLINE/HOME TRAINING
In this program, you get access to three (3) programmed workouts each week. This is meant to serve as plan of attack to get you started and get some positive momentum. This also includes the ability to link to Wodify to track your weights, workouts, and nutrition.
