Our Coaches
Joanne Cogle
Joanne Cogle is a Certified CrossFit Level 3 Trainer (CF-L3), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CSCS), USAW Level 1, and CrossFit Adaptive Athlete coach.
She graduated from Calvin College with a degree in Physical Education and Exercise Science and completed her Masters degrees in Sports Studies and Fitness Management at the United States Sports Academy. Joanne is no stranger to the health and fitness world. In addition to participating in CrossFit, she has completed 20 Ironman distance races, including the Ironman World Championships in Kona, HI. She is a 3x participant in the Xterra World Championships in Maui, HI and has competed in races such as Dirty Kanza 100, Land Run 100, USA Cycling Mountain Bike XC National Championships, and numerous other triathlons and cycling races. She is currently a Trek Bicycle Ambassador and a member of the Betty Designs Team.
