GROUP CLASSES SCHEDULE
One hour group classes are jam-packed with a warm up, strength component, and a workout of the day (WOD) which will generally range between about 8 and 25 minutes. Each class is led by a trainer who holds a minimum of a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate, which means they have received the training and knowledge to guide you along your fitness journey.
The class is structured with a pre-programmed workout that uses a variety of functional movements and exercises that will help get you fitter, happier and healthier. Be on time, bring a good pair of shoes,(minimalist is best) some water, and we'll do the rest.
