Following your introductory consultation, we hope you’ll have an understanding of what CrossFit is all about and the dynamic at our box (that’s the CrossFit term for ‘gym’). Now it’s time to learn the basic movements which make up our programming.
OnRamp is mandatory for all new clients and is essential so all future group classes are executed safely with correct technique. In most cases, OnRamp is two or three sessions in length, however we will make provisions on an individual basis based on skill and technique uptake. Once you have the basic knowledge and mechanics to excel in our group CrossFit classes, you will have full access to the Class Schedule.
