Our Youth Strength and Agility program is specifically designed for youth and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes. We structure our program to incorporate basic bodyweight movements, conditioning, and basic strength development using functional weightlifting exercises.
Our youth strength and agility program is a great way to help prepare youth for the rigorous training of team sports. We also take into consideration that many of our athletes do play other sports. Our programming will push them physically and mentally, but will not break them down. Our class is safe and effective for young adults of all levels and fitness backgrounds.
